We anounce with great anticipation that there will be an Alumni Meeting in Amersfoort during the Summer School 2025 for all alumni who took part in the previous editions of the Summer School. 18:00 – 22:00 Meet and Greet with international participants of the CCS+ Summer School 2025 and VIP’s during a BBQ

09:00 – 10:00 General assembly (look into the future, feedback from the past, etc…)
10:00 – 10:30 Introduction of the CCS expert group to the 2025 CCS+ Summer School
10:30 – 12:00 Part 1.1 – Hackathon on “Challenges and chances on connecting different infrastructure managers by the use of ETCS”
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00 – 15:00 Lecture with the CCS+ Summer School
15:00 – 17:00 Part 1.2 – Hackathon continuation
17:00 – 18:00 Presentation of the hackathon and discussion with CCS+ participants
18:00 – 22:00 Private dinner – mix and mingle alumni and students

Basis information and costs:
- Arrival and Departure by yourself
- Roughly 327,2 € for the hotel (probably Mercure Hotel in Amersfoort)
- Dinner on Thursday needs to be covered by yourself
- Dinner on Wednesday and lunch on Thursday is covered
