Our Team

The European CCS (Control, Command and Signalling) Education Program is the result of a collaborative initiative between Deutsche Bahn and the Dutch ProRail. It began with the CCS Summer School and has since aimed to develop into a leading educational programme in the industry.

The Founders are:

Dr. Bernd Elsweiler, Deutsche Bahn, and Paul Hendriks, ProRail, laid the foundation for this program.

This team of colleagues form Germany, The Netherlands, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic and Switzerland is actively involved in shaping and implementing the programme. Working on various topics like the Summer School, CCS Expert Meetings (Alumni), the International Master and the Executive Master Class.
